This highland single malt Scotch Whisky has been matured in former Pedro Ximénez sherry barriques for six years which has created a lively sweet sherried dram. This whisky has been bottled at natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
The colour is a glorious bronze. On the nose the spirit shines first. The taste delivers the sweetness of royal icing, dried raisins and mixed peel. Sweet sherried indulgence to enjoy.
