Distilled in 2015 at a distillery in Highland Perthshire, this single malt has been matured for six years in a former oloroso sherry cask, and bottled at cask strength of 57.9%. It is a limited edition single cask bottling of 181 bottles.
It’s gloriously sweet on the nose, with polished oak, dates, treacle and fruitcake emerging on the taste. A blast of intense sherry opulence to savour.
